1. Registration and Access

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to register for and attend our live Zoom classes.
Account Security: Access links, Zoom credentials, and class materials are provided strictly for your personal, non-transferable use. You may not share, sell, or distribute access links or meeting IDs to any third party.
Live Class Attendance: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, compatible hardware, and the Zoom application updated to participate in the live session. We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent access.

2. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

Pricing & Payment: All fees are clearly stated at checkout and processed securely via our platform payment processors. Full payment is required to secure your spot in a live class.
Refund Policy: Due to the live, limited-capacity nature of our live Zoom classes and instant access to class materials, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated on the specific course checkout page or required by applicable law.
Cancellations & Rescheduling by Us: In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a live session due to illness, technical difficulties, or emergencies, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a rescheduled date, a class credit, or a full refund for that specific session.

3. Intellectual Property & Recording Rights

Our Content: All course materials, presentations, slides, workbooks, audio, video, and instruction provided during or after the live class remain the exclusive intellectual property of The CreateHer Lab.
Limited License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the class materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibition on Recording: You may not record, screen-capture, broadcast, reproduce, redistribute, or sell any portion of the live Zoom session or provided materials without explicit, written permission from The CreateHer Lab.
Class Recordings by Us: We reserve the right to record live sessions for quality control, student replay access, or future commercial distribution. By participating in a live class, you acknowledge that your voice, name, or video image (if enabled by you) may be recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may turn off your camera and keep your microphone muted during the session.

4. Live Class Conduct & Community Rules

To maintain a safe, collaborative, and productive environment for all participants, you agree to refrain from:

Using offensive, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive language or behavior in the Zoom chat or audio.
Unsolicited promotion, spamming, or pitching your own products/services during the class without prior consent.
Interrupting the host, guest speakers, or fellow attendees.

The CreateHer Lab reserves the right to immediately remove any participant from a live Zoom class without a refund if their conduct violates these rules.

5. Educational and Informational Disclaimer

No Guarantees: The information provided during our live Zoom classes is for educational and informational purposes only. While we aim to provide high-value strategies and insights, we make no guarantees, express or implied, regarding specific outcomes, financial gains, or business results from participating in our classes.
Not Professional Advice: Our live classes do not constitute formal medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for how you choose to implement the information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The CreateHer Lab, its owner(s), employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the live Zoom class, inability to access the class, or reliance on any information provided.
